Beginning today, email your photos to pcldpenrose@yahoo.com There is a $5 entry fee payable at the library. Pictures do not have to be taken in the Penrose area, although that is okay! After receiving your photo(s), you will receive a release form via email from the library. Please sign it or indicate you agree to the conditions and email it back to us.
