FOL Book ClubFOL Book Club – Join us at 11 am for the Friends of the Library Book club. This month's selection is "Animal Dreams" by Barbara Kingsolver. VikingsVikings – Join us at 6:30 pm for "Vikings Legends and Legacies" Refreshments provided. Norwegian ruler Olaf Trygogvason is remembered for his blood-lust and his ability to leap from oar to oar as his men rowed. He's one of a legion of colorful Viking warriors who blazed a murderous trail, yet left a surprisingly orderly, prosperous, and sophisticated wake. It's a small wonder that the stories of the Norsemen continue to fascinate. |
