Join us on Thursdays at 10 am for ageless Grace, which is timeless fitness for the body and the brain. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
These exercises are designed to stimulate the five primary functions of the brain (strategic planning, memory & recall, analytical thinking, creativity and imagination & kinesthetic learning) Each of the brain changing tools also focus on a primary physical skill necessary for lifelong optimal function.
