3	4 Food for Life 11:00 am – 1:00 pm November 4, 2024 The Power of Your Plate Monday, Nov. 4th from 11 AM - 1 PM Presented by Roxanne Schuster, a Licenesed food for Life Instructor with PCRM.ORG This is the first class in a series that teaches an approach to eating and starting a low-fat plant based diet. A lifestyle that will give you control over your health, maintain an ideal body weight, and protect yourself from heart disease, cancer or diabetes. Along with a nutritional presentation, you will be introduced to 3 easy healthy recipes, cooking demonstrations and a tasting.
