December 2, 2019(3 events) – The Annual All Student Art Show begins begins Monday December 2, 2019, the students' art will be displayed through the month of December. Art work using any medium must be received by Wednesday, November 27th. An art reception for the artists will be held on Tuesday, December 17th from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. – The Friends of the Library silent auction will begin on Monday December 2, and end on Saturday December 14 at noon. Please come and make a bid, highest bidders will be notified on the 14th. – The Friends of the Library Silent Auction will run from December 2nd - December 14th, closing at 12:00 pm. Unique and unusual items for you to browse and make your bids!!!! |

During this class you will learn to identify and use ten local plants and trees for medicine and prayer. Participants will learn three ways to make medicine and the traditional uses of our local, indigenous herbs. There will be a book signing for Katie Sander's new book, "The Medicine Person's Guide to Herbalism; Healing with Plant Medicines, Stones, Animal Spirits, and Ceremony. The author will have other titles available as well. |
